New paper reporting on Eco-friendly sol-gel derived sodium-based ormolytes, by UTAD-CRM. Fernandes, R. Leones, S. Pereira, A.M.S. Costa, J.F. Mano, M.M. Silva, E. Fortunato, V. de Zea Bermudez, R. Rego.
Oxidised carbon nanotubes were subjected to a controlled thermal treatment at different temperatures under a N2 atmosphere. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed the presence of acid and basic groups on the starting sample.
>In the present work, a set of five Layered Double Hydroxides, LDH, containing Co and Mn derived electrocatalysts was prepared for the oxygen electrode, evaluating their performances in ORR and OER.
